Strategic Senior Benefits Group President Steve Archer graduated from St. John’s University in Queens, NY in 1988, and immediately entered the financial services industry on the advice of one of his best friends, a highly respected financial advisor. Since then, Steve has built a long and successful career.

Since 2007, Steve has made his full-time home in Florida, having developed a large client base that appreciates his focus on more conservative investment strategies. Steve’s direct and transparent approach has been key to his success, focused on educating clients and helping them make informed, confident decisions.

Steve has spoken in front of thousands of advisors during his career and has been responsible for personally developing some of the industry’s top advisors. He still prioritizes coaching other financial advisors, which has kept him fresh and always in tune with new ideas and approaches that could benefit his clients.

Outside the office, Steve enjoys reading and spending time with his family, including three sons, one of whom works with Steve at SSBG. Additionally, he enjoys riding his Harley, watching the Minnesota Vikings, golfing, and traveling to experience the cuisines and cultures of different parts of our great country.
